Online Pay Alert

If you use our online payment portal (Invoice Cloud), and have an older computer, you may experience issues in the coming weeks. Any customer using a computer still running Windows XP or Windows Vista will potentially be unable to access their Invoice Cloud account due to a software upgrade. This upgrade is being performed by Invoice Cloud to comply with new industry security standards. The original target date for this to take effect was February 15, 2018; however, we have been notified by Invoice Cloud that the change is expected to now take place on March 6, 2018.

Invoice Cloud recommends that customers affected by this issue should try to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox web browsers to access the online portal. These can be downloaded for free and installed on most computers. However, please be aware that depending on your computer, these browsers may not be compatible with your system. Customers running the older versions of Windows but using one of these browsers may see no change in their Invoice Cloud experience.

If you are unsure whether you will be affected by this issue, you can visit the following link: https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/viewMyClient.html. Once the page loads, under the box titled "Protocol Support", you will see a message. If the message is green and reads "Your user agent has good protocol support", you will not be affected by this issue.
