If you are writing to inform us of a potential leak or water main break, or any other emergency, PLEASE call us instead at (423) 877-3513. After-hours callers can leave a voicemail. A supervisor will return your call as quickly as possible.

If you need to request new service, you will need to visit our Hixson Pike office in person. To reach our office: from Highway 153, exit to Hixson Pike north. Turn left at the 4th traffic light (Austin Road) and you will see our office on the right. From the north Hixson/Lakesite area: take Hixson Pike south towards Chattanooga. Turn right onto Austin Road, and you will see our office on the right.
